Limoncello.  The Classic.  The one that started it all for us.  All of our 'cellos are, as we say at our tastings, "a little more heat, but less sweet."  Translated:  70pr and not syrupy.  Yep, 35% ABV!  Smooth and lemony fresh.  Customers have described it as "the best thing outside of Italy!"  We agree...

Pumpkin Spice Liqueur. Yes, yes we did. But before you say that you don’t like the taste of pumpkin, you need to know that true pumpkin spice has no pumpkin flavoring. Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, and Allspice will excite your senses, sweetened with dark brown sugar. Add to your coffee, spike the eggnog, and it’s pretty darn tasty in your favorite cider. 35% ABV

Oregon Cranberry Vodka. Using only the best cranberries from the central Oregon coast, this vodka is wonderful in a cranberry lemon drop! No additional sweeteners or colors have been added - everything is nature-made and tart. 40% ABV

Orangecello. Our follow up to the Limoncello, this is a fun one to make, because after our zesting parties, everyone goes home with fresh-squeezed OJ.  Picture this: fireplace, cold weather outside, and hot cocoa mixed with Orangecello.  Yeah...  Or enjoy it in our signature Chocolate Orangecello Martini.  35% ABV

Friday Wheat Vodka. Made from scratch in our distillery using 100% Northwest-grown white wheat malt. Truly grain-to-glass. Careful attention in the timing of the cuts to insure only the very best parts of the run - the hearts - makes it to each bottle. We filter very little, because we wanted to leave the wheat character present. Enjoy it mixed, or as a sipper. 45% ABV

Drop Shop Corn Vodka. Sweet and smooth, it all starts with 100% yellow corn. Carefully distilled 5x and filtered through 5 carbon filters before hitting the bottle, this vodka stands up nicely on it’s own or with your favorite mixers. We promise you’ll love this one! 40% ABV

Limecello. Meet the youngest of our 'cello children, and probably the most versatile of the 3.  There are so many different cocktails to incorporate this one into.  Don't be afraid to sip this one neat, it's nothing like you would expect from a lime liqueur. 35% ABV

Bailey’s Gin. Our very first gin, and it’s proving to be a fan favorite. Juniper, Coriander, orange peel, fresh lemon zest, lavender and ginger. The lavender has a prominent presence in this new-wave style gin. The citrus notes and juniper slow dance in the shadows, while the ginger finishes on a slightly spicy note. Named after our flame point Siamese cat, proceeds of the sales will be donated to the Salem Friends of Felines. 45% ABV
